For all you ladies out there that find it a real pain to stick thread through a needle at times, you'll love this. Somewhat useless, but more convenient then the average needle. Check out this innovative sewing needle with the loop eye expanded to the size of a button whole, making this needle a cinch. I see this as creating the sewing experience in a less stressful manner.

There's Never Too Many Trees

"Architect" Don Lucho has created an entire apartment out of cardboard and paper. Self explanatory...I just wonder to how many trees were used. In addition, the artist made a life-sized paper car, which he casually placed outside of the apartment building.

Just when you thought that the Smart cars were the tiniest vehicles to roam the streets...check out these cars.
These cars are known as the Peel P50 and Peel Trident. They were manufactures in the mid 1960s, and have (unusually) three wheels. They cost £199, and can go as "fast" as 40 mph.

Danish architecture Bay Arch wants to transform the famous Hollywood sign into a hotel. This hotel would be 10 floors, feature 308 rooms, and 3 swimming pools. All behind the letters.

In the waters off of Grand Isle, an oil spill has occurred. Workers and U.S. army representatives from all over the states have been helping to clean up this big, big mess. This oil spill has killed and/or endangered many sea birds as well as every sea animal.

Graffiti Train Hoops


Designed by user "dmdmetal" from etsy.com these train hoops are handmade, and customizable. Each hoop has a small picture of a scene where a graffiti writer is painting on a train. These earrings are customizable in the sense that the designer can write WHATEVER YOU WANT as the graffiti writing in that handstyle.

Formspring Prank


Formspring.me is a social media platform designed for users to ask and answer anonymous questions. Two days ago the site's operators plan on releasing confidential data about users as a massive April Fool's day prank. Supposedly all anonymity will be revealed on the 1st of April. This story was alarming at first, but the story has not been picked up by any major news outlets or tech sirtes, and normally something this inflammatory would certainly be a big story. This all appears to be a rumor.

Horse Automobile


A new design idea/invention known as the Naturmobil, designed by Abdolhadi Mirhejazi, is an environmentally friendly vehicle powered by a singe horse on a treadmill. It is created for travel on paved roads and has a top speed of 50 mph. This is an odd invention, but it is a way to be environmentally friendly.
