Mirosoft Points Cause Trouble


The gaming system, Xbox Live, is in a bit of a LAWSUIT against Microsoft points. AN attorney has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft claiming that the company has been charging too much for downloads that aren't even completed. Along with that, users have used points that are unwanted. This has been such a serious matter that the company might get rid of the point system all together.

Google Voice On iPhone


Google has finally created a way to have it's feature, Google Voice, work on apple products such as the iPhone. This feature works on web applications. This application will take charge on Tuesday.

Bringing out YouTube's inner "indie" site, starting Friday it will offer five films from the Sundance Film Festival.They will cost $3.99 for a 48 hour viewing period.

Amazon based product known as the Kindle has released that they now have applications for the device. There will be many applications such as a calculator, quizzes, and much more! This is great for the Kindle, now it has many other great features.

Ghostbusters News.


Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman has now agreed to do a Ghostbusters 3. The script is in, and this is great news for Ghostbusters fan. The production is set to start shooting next year.

Sources say that the Red Cross foundation and Wyclef Jean have now reached $21 million in donations toward Haiti via text. Immediately after the earthquake hit, theys set up systems to easily donate to Haiti. Woooooo textextext.

Google has announced a service on Google Maps that can have you look over the earthquake in Haiti. It is known as the Google Maps Aid Rescue and has proved to be a valuable tool for aid organizations which are attempting to assess the damage done to Haiti.

Stoners Rejoice!


The awaited day has finally come, a California assembly committee has voted to legalize marijuana for non-medical use.The new bill (AB 390) would provide a tax revenue to the state (for every ounce of marijuana) and regulation of the drug.The new law includes a requirement that users be at least 21 years old to purchase/possess marijuana legally.

Google Creates Billboards


Google has now created insert real-time ads onto old billboards. These billboards are in street view and are placed with Google's own up-to-date advertisements. Theoretically speaking Google can only place the ads if it is in agreement with the surrounding area/building(s), but Google will probably be able to put virtual ads on other people's property without their permission.

Termination Has Fees


With Google's new android phone, the fine print just got a bit finer...the Nexus phone has revealed a great detail to know: when you buy the Nexus 1 for your specific carrier and then cancel your account...not only must you pay your carrier an early termination fee, you also owe Google a lil' somethin'. Depending on your contract and provider, the cost could top $50, which is twenty more dollars that the phone costs unlocked. Pity.

O'Brien Threats To Leave


Conan O' Brien, the host from your very favorite, the "Tonight Show", has stated that if all the NBC changes take place. he will leave the "Tonight SHow" if it follows Jay Leno at 12:05 a.m. He has also stated that he has not received any other offers from other networks. He ended his statement with an apology about his hair. Now we shall wait and see.

NBC Kicks Jay Leno' out of primtime

Jay Leno's show has now been kicked off of the primetime hours and moved to 11:30 pm. This was made official by NBC on Sunday morning and will take action by February 12.
